Chapter 230: Continuance

Sesshoumaru turned on his heel, the feeling of restlessness creeping into his bones. Though his ears strained for the sounds of footsteps, he knew that the spirits of his father and Kanna were following behind him.

“It is good to see my fangs at your side, pup,” Touga said, a proud smile gracing his features. “I have to wonder, however, why Tessaiga is not with Inuyasha instead. How is he coping with his youkai blood?”

“…He is not,” Sesshoumaru answered reluctantly.

“Son?”

“The reason this Sesshoumaru…” He glanced at his sire’s face. “Inuyasha is not well.”
