Chapter 110: Respite

Sesshoumaru sighed, an appreciative rumble echoing about the room.

He was currently in his personal bathing chamber, soaking in the hot spring. The humid air calmed his nerves, and he allowed himself to relax enough so that most of the tension he’d garnered from the day’s events left his body.

His clothes were clean. His mokomoko was clean. He was clean.

Overall, Sesshoumaru was just content to have some alone time to himself before he had to go out and face reality once more.

He only hoped Kagome was faring better, or else his efforts would have been for naught.
