Kagome squinted when she opened her eyes to bright sunlight. I’m definitely not in the hospital anymore. Jumping to her feet she looked around for anything familiar. Where are you Kikyo? I need your help. That’s why I’m here.

As if waiting on command, Kikyo appeared right before her. The elder girl raised an eyebrow in question, “Why have you summoned me? I told you the last time I sent you back not to return.”

“Please Kikyo, I need your help.”

“I will not he- it hurts you, doesn’t it?”

Kagome knelt on the ground clutching her chest. “What’s happening?”
