Sesshoumaru entered the camp first, Kagome followed behind shortly after. Inuyasha sprung up and rushed to her side, “What the fuck did you do to her you bastard.”

“Inuyasha stop. I’m fine, really. I just need some sleep.”

“Keh, stupid wench.”

Surprisingly Kagome smiled at the familiar sound. “I’ve missed that.” Inuyasha gave her a look and she shook her head, “Never mind.”

Shippou bounded into her outstretched hands and she cradled him to her chest. If Sesshoumaru was convinced she was crazy she supposed she didn’t have too many things to worry about.

She’d figure the rest out later.
