Sesshoumaru watched her go in silence. Though he’d never paid her any mind in the past he was loathe admitting he did. When he’d first met her she’d been fearless. Now she acted little better than a child.

When he rose to follow Inuyasha sneered. “Stay away from Kagome.”

“Come now half-breed, don’t tell me you haven’t noticed.”

Inuyasha’s gaze looked to where Kagome had disappeared and his ears fell flat. “She’s been through a lot. She just needs some time.”

“She is not the same.” Grasping Tokijin he followed after her.

At a loss for words, Inuyasha stayed silent.

AN: Tada! Onwards! ('Nother update to follow shortly) And yes, hole is intentionally spelled that way ;)

To my anonymous reviewer, I appreciate the honesty, however I did say several updates ago that I was recovering from a very serious accident, and that I did not know how my update schedule was going to be affected. I'm sorry I've made you feel as though I'm giving you breadcrumbs, but these drabbles are *supposed* to be 100 words a piece. Little snippets, perhaps you should wait to read until I have posted more updates if you are unhappy with the flow of my story.
