Instantly Sesshoumaru was returned to the very spot where he'd been before he'd disappeared. He felt the threat before it even registered that it wasn't one. Releasing his poison whip he swore. Seconds later Jaken's banshee screams tore through the halls.

“Lord Sesshoumaru-sama. Lord Sesshoumaru-sama. The miko has fallen asleep!”

Throwing himself at his master's feet he wasted no time delaying the inevitable. “I did as you said mi-lord! Exactly as you said! But she would not listen! She insisted that she must sleep for more than just a few minutes at a time.”

If possible, Sesshomaru's face grew paler.
