A silver brow rose, but Inuyasha refused to elaborate. Until he got his answers, he would share no more with Sesshoumaru.

“Why did you come to me Sesshoumaru?”

Inuyasha watched, fascinated, while Sesshoumaru wrestled against his inner self. What has changed you?

“If there is a way to save you, I shall pay the price.”

With those last five words Inuyasha understood. So duty has won you over yet again. He didn’t speak. It seemed fated that duty would always come first to men in their family.

And when will we stop sacrificing life for the sake of our honor?
