Sesshoumaru’s eyes widened in disbelief.

The power was bright and blinding. Pure and holy. The embodiment of everything that she was. Wave after wave of raw untapped power surrounded her. And she couldn’t stop it; Kagome could only watch, horrified, as it grew.

Is this possible?

“I can’t stop it.”

Kagome tried to back away from him. But when she hit the wall she had nowhere else to run. “You have to go!”

Sesshoumaru didn’t turn away.  She is strong. Placing two clawed hands on either side of her, he deliberated.

“What are you doing?”

“Saving you.”

I am stronger.
