Summary: Her eyes were blue, deep and dark like bleeding ice, but her touch was always like fire.

I felt slow with this one too, been working on other things so i guess that slowed my roll a bit. But literally just wrote this, posting right afterward. Another follow up :)

I also slightly altered the rating here, since i felt there was an 'air' being built here that was starting to hint. If anymore hinting comes, i'll probably up it to T.

"I’m sorry I was gone so long," she said softly, her fingers trailing the marks on his cheek.

"You need not apologize. This is not your time, I understand, you have nothing to explain to me."

"I know," she whispered, the smooth tips of her fingers still moving along his skin, leaving scorch marks in their wake. Her eyes were studying him as thoroughly as his did her, the blue gaze sweeping over every inch of his face, following her own touch. She bit her lip.

"How long?" he asked, surprised how difficult it was to keep his voice steady.
