Chapter 18: Lead by Example

Once Kagome left, Sesshoumaru rolled up his sleeves. The time has come to establish a base of operations. Armed with over-sized garbage bags and plastic bins, he led a revolt against chaos. Sure and swift, he cleared his chosen stronghold—the corner of the living room where a desk lay buried. The accumulated ephemera was gathered up and expulsed, right down to the last speck of dust. In the midst of mayhem, he secured his domain, sat within it, and heaved a sigh of relief. It’s a start. Now, all he had to do was convince Kagome to follow his lead.
