Kagome awoke to the strangest feels and sat up quickly, her hands sliding along the dewy grass. She looked around, spotting Sesshoumaru sitting a few feet away, watching her.

"Were you watching me sleep?" she asked.

"I was," he replied.

"Creepy," the miko said with a grin.

"There is a problem with my admiring your beauty?"

"When I'm asleep? Yeah. Everyone knows you don't watch someone sleep, just like you don't hold eye contact for more than thirty seconds. It's just creepy."

"My sincerest apologies," the taiyoukai said playfully with a smirk. "I will find a way to contain myself."
