He clenched his jaw for the umpteenth time in the space of just a few minutes. "Kagome will you please stop that incessant noise?" Sesshomaru grit out.

"But Sess," she said with a mouth full of food.

"No buts, Kagome, the noise of you crunching is grating on my nerves. I hate it when you bring food to bed." He said as he gave her a half heated glare.

"Well if you hadn't given me a uterus pet I wouldn't have the munchies like I do!" she said in a sing song voice, grabbing another handful of the addicting crackers.

A small smile graced his lips as his eyes traveled down her body to her slightly rounded stomach. "Hn, well can you at least not crunch so loud?" he asked as he turned back to the scroll he had been reading.

"I'll try but I just love these cheesy Whales!" she said as she popped another knock off gold fish cracker into her mouth with a smile.

With a small shake of his head he continued reading his scroll and she continued to chow down on her crackers.
