Kagome's Plan

Prompts: Punches and Pastries

“What’s so wrong about him?”  Sesshomaru questioned.  All he could see from here was that people seemed to give a wide berth to Koga-san when he spoke.  The male in question came near them, and at a particular remark, Sesshomaru raised a brow. 

Koga-san was not one to pull his punches. 

“Koga-san,” Miroku spat the name out, “is obsessed with Kagome.”  At Sesshomaru’s glance, he clarified.  “Okay, in actuality, he’s more like a harasser.  He just won’t take no for an answer.  Guy’s not bad, but he puts his foot in his mouth too much and doesn’t leave Kagome alone.”

Sesshomaru nodded watching Koga walk towards Kagome who was by the pastries.  Seeing Miroku move, he did as well.  They were too late to intercept Koga’s approach, but not too late to hover protectively around the edges. 

“Kagome-chan, there you are!  When are you going to agree to date me?”  Kagome shared a glance with Sango, her eyes pleading for her friend to help, when movement caught her eye.  Eyes widening, she hatched onto a plan, hoping that Sesshomaru would go with it.

“I can’t Koga-san.”  She stated, latching onto Sesshomaru’s arm.  “I don’t think my boyfriend would like it.”
