Well we all knew Kagome would risk her life for the pups that was a given it's too bad that Sess's mom thought to try and take the kids without giving Kagome a chance to prove herself. Sess's mom is in for it. I'm sensing that Sess's beast will go on a rampage against his mom. If Kagome dies (pleads with author not to go down that path) I see Sess killing his mom. I think it would be kind of cool to have the two mom's face off at the hospital. With a loud sounding crack, Kagome's mom would slap Sess's mom for her affront. I can just imagine the cat fight, I mean dog/shrine maiden fight.  I could see the pups and Rin sneaking into the hospital room even though they are not supposed to be in there. That would be a sweet scene. Sess's mom owes everyone and apology. Kagome is awesome.

Sesshoumaru's mom will be lucky not to end up dead. No matter the excuse she sounds nuts. With her psycho responses and attitude I wouldn't want her anywhere near my children. Not even if they are her grandchildren since her actions could have killed her grandson if not for Kagome. The poor pups are going to be traumatized. I'm pretty sure Shippo is going to truly hate the woman for getting Kagome hurt.

Woah, how could his mother be the vengeful and desperate.  To kidnlap and harm her sons pups, then try to kill Shippo by running him over, smh.  I hope she gets coming, maybe when Kagome recovers she will purify her demonic energy making her human which would shorten her lifespan considerably.

That was good, better thaN a bucket of ice to cool off that morning fire. Kagome's mother may have settled amicably,  but I'm sure his is going to make one big stink over the mating. Her cunning plans for Kagome's shop are wasted.

I so loved that you had her mom show up, that was great. It was nice how quick she took to Sesshoumaru, but she also understood how serious mating was to him. Too bad Sesshoumaru's mom couldn't be as inviting. Can't wait for the next one.

Great chapter. I am so glad you had Kagome accept the mating mark. After her never having casual relationships I couldn't picture her sleeping with him and not letting him mate her.  So I thought this was perfect. His kids are going to be so happy now that it's official.
