Pep (Chapter 37) - Fri 28 Jul 2017

And the waterworks have yet to cease Q_Q god Everytime I finished another chapter I would look at how many were left and now that its over... God this was.. I don't even have the words. I would totally recommend this story to everyone. Even if they don't like the sess/kag pairing because this story is beautifully written. I have read many stories, fanfictions, books, anything I could get my hands on and I have to say, You floored me with the amazing way you slowly built up the characters and their personalities. This story will forever remain a favorite of mine that I will most likely never forget Q_Q. It was a long read that has taken me a few days of reading it sporadically but it was well worth it Dx I want to say I wish there was more but I love the way it ended >.<. I actually discovered this story through a forum post and when I read the title to chapter one I was like, Sigh. another kikyou and inuyasha being basturds. Then I read the first few paragraphs and I was like o-O? Well this is new.. After the first chapter I was like MOTHER TRUCKER NO... I have to say, I never expected this story to capture my heart but it has. I have come to love each and every character and I just want to say Thank you! For writing this amazing story.

cjflutterbye (Chapter 37) - Tue 12 Jan 2016

I think I re-read this story about once a year.

Their love story is so sweet. I love it.

ironlotus (Chapter 37) - Fri 13 Feb 2015

Ughhh you had me crying like a baby. You have an excellent writing style, wonderful narrative voice. This was a beautiful story and I adored how wonderfully feminist, sex-positive, and communicative the characters were. I laughed, I cried. I cried some more. Really good work.

ironlotus (Chapter 1) - Thu 12 Feb 2015

Really well done first chapted! My only critique would be that the obit should include Souta in there too. Loving it so far!

Koree (Chapter 37) - Wed 11 Feb 2015

Zyren (Chapter 37) - Sat 18 Oct 2014

i just finished reading this again. It's still just as beautiful as the first time I read it. Thank you for such an amazing story.

Valasaurus (Chapter 37) - Sun 14 Sep 2014

This story was amazing! I absolutely couldn't stop reading. I only wish Kagome would have been less of a victim and that you would have explored more on the dog demon dreams. Other than that your story was phenomenal.

Tiegrsi (Chapter 1) - Sun 09 Dec 2012

It's been a while since I read this story so 2 days ago I decided I should probably read it again.

I forgot how much I loved the freaking shiznit out of this story. Thanks again for writing it. I can't tell you how many times your wonderful, true to life story telling made me laugh or tear up. Really. And I do so love how you added in things that I feel often get forgotten - like the moment when Kagome sneezes while trying to say the word sheets, or how Rin mispronounces words. It makes the story so much more real and relatable. If you aren't already a published writer, I highly encourage you to try to publish something! (And tell me what it is so I can buy it!)

Samantha (Chapter 37) - Sat 28 Jul 2012

Wow. This was just so over-whemingly beautiful. Thank you so much for giving me the joy of reading this story. I have learnt so many new things in this story that I did not even know.

From the very humble and super happy reader,

ALED (Chapter 37) - Mon 18 Jun 2012

REALLLLLY great story! loved it a lot! no unecessary drama and the development of their relationship was so real and natural! loved your writing style and the humor. Kagome's character was awesome !! I love it to bits!

dianne (Chapter 37) - Thu 03 May 2012

this just became my all time favorite story!

I absolkutly love how you kept everything so realistic and still had it come out so sweet.

Thank you for writing such an amazing story!

Maracuya-Chan (Chapter 37) - Wed 21 Mar 2012

Wonderfully written, heart-warming and honest. I loved every second of it. Thank you. :)

cakeiton (Chapter 1) - Sat 03 Mar 2012

Just dropping aline saying I'm rereading this once again! I love coming back to this story, it's so 'real' if that makes sense. I love Kagome's style and little smart Rin. This is such a neat story, and I'm on my 3rd time reading. Thanks for writing!

KouseiJL (Chapter 9) - Sun 08 Jan 2012

I'm fairly positive that I've reviewed this chapter before, but I think it bears repeating. Your eloquent diatribe on the use of the Oxford Comma is one of my favorite paragraphs in fanfiction ever! I reference this story whenever I have people berating me for the use of that wonderful little grammatical device! Despite the examples being what some would consider crude and/or vulgar, it never fails to beautifully illustrate the point with a dash of humor! This chapter to a linguist is as a tall glass of cool water to a parched man. Thank you, thank you, and ever so humbly, thank you!!

I am always glad to read new updates of your other work, but that in no way diminishes the talent that you've displayed in other works.

Sincerely - KouseiJL

Tenno-chan (Chapter 37) - Mon 07 Nov 2011

Well....where to start?  While so utterly ensconed in this delightful story, I laughed, I cried (in class, too! *le gasp!*), and I stayed up til four in the morning with "Dancing with Scissors", and I loved every minute of it.  Your story is wonderful and heartfelt and utterly spilling over with emotion, both good and bad.  I will admit, that I was skeptical at first.  I wasn't so sure about the ideas of drugs, alcohol, and sex that were in your A/N in the very first chapter. Nor was I so sure about our precious Kagome, who so often is portrayed as a sweet, innocent, slip of a girl, had the vocabulary of a sailor.  But, I read on anyway.  I had seen your story a dozen times, and skiped over it one less than that.  "Dancing with Scissors* is such a good story and the way all of the characters were protrayed was so expertly done.  It was as if they were real, and I was allowed a glimpse into their lives, as small a time as it might have been.  Your story was devoide of the typical fairy tale adventure and love or even the more practical, but still less believable 'this-would-never-happen-in-real-life' feel. It was real. All of it.  It's not something I am used to reading and I welcome it whole heartedly!  "Dancing with Scissors" is definately going on my 'stories-I'll definately-read-again' list.  You've done a marvelous job and I cannot WAIT to read more of your stories! :]

Manala (Chapter 1) - Mon 06 Jun 2011

This story was absolutely amazing! It's impossible to read it without having strong emotions for your characters, without falling in love with them, with all of them. You, my dear, have created these characters, they are yours! I'm almost pissed that this is only considered a fanfiction and not a work of your own. Yes, you've kept their names and some family ties, but their soul, that was given by you. You went very far away from what we see in the manga, you've made them human.
