Wow... I think you're the first author I've read that's looked up the correct marriageable age in Japan. I'm seriously gleeful right now. You used bated in an earlier chapter correctly too. I hate when people say baited breath... I picture people with fish hooks and worms dangling out of their mouths. I think you're one of the first I've seen use "intents and purposes" correctly also. I can't count how many authors use "intensive purposes" it makes me want to scream. I think you just became my new favorite author.
