Wow that is a lovely story....  Kagome will forgive and be forgiven from those she loves hopefully she can close the chapter of her life with a new light.  Can't wait to read a new update.

I enjoyed your story a lot! I love how you portrayed Sess and Kagome. I can almost picture her going towards alcohol the most as a 'safe haven' then any other form of substance abuse ????

This is an awesome story. I can't wait for the next update. I hope that esshoumaru is able to fix her. It's so sad when one starts drinking and doing drugs to relieve internal pain.

love love this story, i cant wait for her reaction when she wakes up and finds Sesshomaru. wonder if he will stick around.

I'm dont really like that she followed in InuYasha's footsteps. But I really hate that InuYasha obviously went back to Kikyo again. She's evil and will never give up on stealing Kagome's soul. I was hoping InuYasha would have been long dead. I mean he isn't immortal, he's probably an old man by now I guess. Or at least in his midlife. Maybe Kagome will finally just kill Kikyo and not have to constantly watch her back. 

I'm really enjoying this refreshing story.  So often Kagome's character is too pure and glosses over her flaws and mistakes.  Her assumptions unfortunately caught up with her.  Yes, she and Inuyasha weren't going to work out but there was a lot more in the feudal era than just him.  Hopefully she'll be able to overcome this and heal, improving for the better and seeing the other possibilities in front of her without too much agony.  She's already suffered so much, I'd love to see her happy and fulfilled.  Sesshoumaru is different, but the same.  Really like his character development so far.

I liked this. It is a beginning to a full chapter fic, right?  The writing was really very good, the plot though used often is different in it's own way and the flow was nice. I have but one question, why are Kikyou's soul stealers still following her? She got her own soul, so are they her pets now?*laughs* Also, Kagome didn't even stop to let Sango explain that they only suspected that he was seeing Kikyou, right? She ran off thinking her friends betrayed her, poor girl. Got to wonder how this will bring Sesshoumaru into it. Will it be the Feudal Lord or the modern day Sesshoumaru?

Curiosity has me now and I have to find out. Please write more.  JEN
