Now, on to the real review. Excellent grammar, rich vocabulary, wonderful descriptions, masterful writing. I must commend you for being able to paint a picture, point out the finer details, convey emotions so well, and make me empathize with the characters. It had flow, and I never say that easily.

I especially loved Sesshomaru's little inner monologue, Sessmama's silent despair, and your portrayal of both of them was more than I expected. Well done!

The plot is one I'm very fond of as I already mentioned. You have set a great start with this chapter, and I'm looking forward to the next one - whenever that might be!
