I'm driving MYSELF insane! You should have seen me squealing when I re-found this story. Remember....bad with names.

OMGOSH HOW MANY OF MY FAVORITE ONESHOTS HAVE YOU WRITTEN!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I'M SERIOUSLY FREAKING OUT! HOW DID I NOT KNOW OF THIS!?

*heart clench* But all in all, I truly love and always did love this fanfic. You never mentioned directly that Kagome was in an 'abusive relationship' giving readers the chance to imagine what Kagome went through. You wrote 'routine' that 'this and that was a routine'. I thought it put the perfect touch to this story. It made everything just so much more heart wrenching. The pain Sesshomaru felt about her relationships.....just.....ouch ow ow ow ow! I love how you did it. You never indicated WHY Kagome just never dated Sesshomaru....so it makes me imagine it's a one-sided love for him....OW!

*sighs* you are so good at one-shots. You don't go into much detail in the correct way for the right things....and it makes readers imagine so much more and read between the lines. You make readers what to know more about the story....but it is a one-shot...so you leave them broken hearted...yet it makes them hold this chapter close to their heart.

This was great and sad, keep it coming.

I like how this is going.  And the mood is great.  The action between them is comfortable in a tense way.  

It is a sad and yet sweet atmosphere. I wonder when Kagome will realize the best of them has been under her nose the entire time. You painted quite the pretty picture. I can't wait to see what you come up with next time :)

Oh. My. God.

This was freakin' awesome! And I know exactly what you meant about the atmosphere - there was just something about it that felt right, even though the subject matter wasn't happy at all. The dialog was great and I loved how protective of Kagome Sesshomaru was, how he was just there, and how their relationship was so easy even though they don't agree on Sesshomaru's methods of, uhm, dealing with the problem. All of this was just lovely to read.

Do you plan on continuing this? I know it's a oneshot but I really think you could make it into a chaptered story and it would be very well-received. You wrote this little bit so well that I'm actually spinning stories in my head about what happens next, and I've always thought that the ability to make readers want more is the mark of a good writer - and you're definitely a good writer!
