My parents were married 25 years when they separated and eventually divorced. I was nearly 30, it was still hard. But eventually you do realize why things happen. It's hard but you do learn how to deal with it. But it still wasn't easy And I let it affect my life too much and that nearly wrecked my own marriage. Happily it didn't and we are still together nearly 44 years later. Hey! We haven't killed each other ...yet! LOL
