I really enjoyed the wake up scene, and Inuyoko's interlude with Sloth ( who I am really interested in btw), but I think what I enjoyed the most waas teh time lapse sequence.

It was so vivid, I could see it in my mind. Very, very well done.

I like this softer side of Inuyasha...more often than not all we see is a blustering baboon we forget that he can be tender. I've always been a huge Inu/rin fan...but I digress.

I also like the way that Sess told her that he respected who she was and who she is. She never really got that validation as a Priestess, and now she's having trouble to cope being a hell hound. She really needs any and all positive opinions.

But YAY again for Inu/rin fluffliness

Azu...OMG! I loved this. Pocky eating Sess. ANd that kiss and Kag's reaction made me all warm inside, as well as the ending. Don't know why you were doubting it. It was a good fluffy ending to a great interaction between them.

I really love this story. The hellhound concept has always facinated me, and combining it with my favorite anime pairing just makes it better. And it is more believable than a lot of "Kagome turned demon" fics because she doesn't understand her instincts just yet. It adds depth, because although humans have instincts too, ours are not nearly so forfront, nor quite the same. A lot of them just have her immediately know and understand them completely, and that doesnt make sense to me.

And I well understand the "alpha bitch" instinct. Humans have that one too, or at least I do, lol. Lead, follow, or get out of my way, I say. I can't bring myself to be subservient to those with a weaker force of will.

The plotline seems interesting so far, but I find it a little unbelievable how easily Kagome accepts that she is now a wolf. I'd be freaking out a little more, or at the very least curious to discover that I had paws instead of hands, etc. But she accepts it immediately. I also feel there could be more explanation about her instincts - why does she feel the instinct to bite Inuyasha? As a wolf, the fact that he's really had an alpha role to her should be an even stronger emotions, so why, then, does she feel the need to bite him? Does it change when she's a wolf? Is the wolf mad that he couldn't protect her?

She also doesn't have a moment of discovery, where she notices she can't use her miko powers - just a moment where she says she doesn't, and has me going 'wait, when did that happen?"

Also, how did Sesshoumaru realize the wolf was Kagome? The Kami never said who would become a wolf. I can believe that he'd be the one to notice, but you don't explain how he knows, he just does.

All that being said, thank you for recommending your story to me, but it doesn't really suit my tastes at the moment - especially because I'm nearing the end of my semester and as such it is crunch time. But you have a lovely story going here, and I hope you continue writing.
