Something that just totally and absolutely just hit me all AFTER the fact. Sesshoumaru and Kagome's grandfather were quite close. What's the deal? What's the secret? I know there's a secret. There's ALWAYS a secret... or two... or three in your fics. *nibbles on bottom lip* As patient as I get, but still waiting. Lol.

So Sesshoumaru was very close with Kagome's grandfather; to the point of being with him the day before he died. I see Rin will be featured and Shippo, too. Miroku makes a good lawyer and he sounds like he looks very sexy. Sango is ready to beat someone up. Somehow you have managed to get Sesshoumaru into a wet T-shirt contest. All this in four chapters. Way to go, EP.

Let me just say "Thanks" for posting a story based around traditions. You have a good attention to detail as well, evidenced in the turning of the cup and the cleansing before-hand. I'm a great fan of tea ceremonies and go to them whenever I can, so it's quite refreshing to be able to read about them now. ;) Keep up the great work!

Oooh...When I went to Japan my host school held their tea ceremony for us. Those little sugar cookies (more like small chunks of pure SUGAR :O) are pretty great. Green tea has a odd flavor, definitely something to get used to. You did, like Suichi said, have a great amount of detail. It was like reliving my tea ceremony at the high school in Fukui. I love this story its so...catty. I love it. :D

Wow, I really like this. Sesshoumaru is just begging for someone to understand him, not back down to him. Going on Kagome's independent nature so far, she will definitely be up to the job. How he came to frequent the tea house and the secrets her grandfather kept from her about him... I'm very curious. :)
