Fascinating! I love how you are using the medium of letter to tell the story without other narration. I look forward to seeing more when inspiration and energy (with two small daughters, I expect its mostly the second one) allow you to continue :)

I look forward to finding out the details of Inuyasha's will; possibly the 'why' for some of his choices (particularly keeping Kagome and Sesshomaru apart) and of course the 'how' of getting around it. I'm sure Ayame will be able to find loopholes. ;)
