OMG!!  Finally, I found someone else who noticed the strange things about Kagome that I noticed every time I watch the anime.  Especially, the fact that ALL the souls Kikyo released when she died again floated into the sky, not one went back to Kagome.  So, if she was Kikyo's reincarnation why didn't that part of her soul return to her? And, why did no one notice that at the time?  And, I've always wondered about Kagome's comment of her being immune to time.  WOW! Of all the stories I've read, which is probably up to at least 400 by now, there's only one other that even mentioned the time immunity concept. And, none that I can think of have asked or explained any of the other questions you brought up in this fic.  THANK YOU! I can't wait to see where this story goes! :D  What really sucked about the manga and the anime was that Rumiko didn't focus on the strangeness of Kagome in the end, although, throughout the story she put quite a bit of focus on Kagome's need to prove she was KAGOME, not Kikyo.  I lost track of how many times she stated, "I'm not Kikyo!"

Anyhoo, sorry about the rant!  I hope you update soon. This story just made no. 1 on my favorites list. :D

I am definitely instrigued with this one. This is definitely a good take on the "What are you?' question that some fics have mentioned. I'm excited for more!

You have a very unique approach to Kagome's personality and power.  It really caught my interest because it's a new approach to a story.
