It is kind of cringe worthy that Yasha is an abusive husband in this story line, but that's the road you picked, and so far, you are doing a good job.

I'm glad you're extending this story and I like the plot you've given it.  Maybe Sesshoumaru needs to check with the council as to any youkai laws against abusing your mate.  He also needs to let the council know his fears of Inuyasha abusing the future child and why.  In fact, if they're only married and not mated, then they're not a couple under youkai law since marriage is a human thing.  I just love the way Sesshoumaru is so tender towards Kagome.
