Reading again, what stands out to me most is how once he has both arms back, the first thing he does is hold Rin. *tears*

Most importantly, I can't believe Sesshoumaru dies!!! Most of the time it's Kagome who dies because she's human, but a strong and invincible demon like Sesshoumaru? I couldn't imagine it. It was such a sad story and you wrote it so beautifully I could feel Kagome's pain. I also liked the way Sesshoumaru's love for Rin wasn't downplayed even with Kagome and Sesshoumaru as the main characters. You managed to entwine both love stories splendidly... I was hoping Sesshoumaru will reincarnate or something at the end of the story so that Kagome could have her happy ending, but you stuck with the angst and pain and I was really overwhelmed at Kagome finding Sesshoumaru's grave.

I...can't...stop...crying!  What a bitter sweet, beautiful yet so heartbreakingly sad tale.  And so well-written.  I'm glad the gory parts weren't overly gross.

*Sniffles* Such a sad story... at least they admitted someting even if it was on Sesshoumaru's death bed. I couldn't help but feel my eyes water up a few times there. I'm happy Sessh found peace and got to stay with Rin. I kinda wish Kagome and Sesshoumaru would have met up somewhere. Oh well at least she expected it in the end. *Smiles sadly*

This is soooo sad! It was written wonderfully, but I just kept hoping for some kind of happy ending. While it was tragically beautiful, it tugged on my heartstrings in a most bittersweet way. Good job. I hope to read more from you. Hopefully it will be in a happier tone!

Oh, I absolutely love this story!  It is my favorite one from A Single Spark, and it make me cry every time I read it.  I always recommend it when someone is looking for a fic that will give them a good cry.  The emotions are so well written that  the imagery they conjure is unforgetable.  In case you can't tell, I am one of your #1 Fangirls and am so glad to see you here on Dokuga!
