Well, I figure you pretty much have lost all love for your readers, since this time it has been well over the Year and a Half of last time, but just in the small chance that you still think of us, I write this to remind you:

We still hope to see you back.

Some of us still wait for you. It's kind of like a bad relationship. Like those girls who stick around the guys that just don't care for them, but just can't let go, so they stick around hoping at least for a bit of attention.

In the same way, we the readers spend so much time, and emotions, getting to know a story and their characters, we fall in love with the story and follow it faithfully, then the writer tells us (sometimes, not always) that this is not working out, that they need some time, or some space, and that we should put this relationship on a hold, so we get all sad and mopey and pretend that we are not hurt, but smile and continue to hope that the other partner in this relationship will come back even if it is just for a little bit.

The same way, we come back to the site, hoping to see you around, but nothing... We are left behind hoping, but nothing else...

Will you be back? Only you know that, but we will be waiting here until we get the definitive break up from you. Sort of a  "Dear John" letter where you tell us it is finally over, and there is no chance to rekindle the love.

Then, and only then will we begin to say good bye for good.

If you are still around, think about this: It's the holiday season, and a small gift from you would make so many so happy!
