Awesome way to weave the sins into the tale. The sotryline is unexpected and unique. And your way of telling it is enjoyable to read. Keep up the good work!

Actually, I hope they won´t be together in this fic. Sesshoumaru won´t give her what she wants and she deserves someone who loves her unconditionally and stays proud beside her. Both Inu brothers are lacking in that part. How about Kouga? He loved her for so long and wolves are loyal to their families. It would serve Sesshoumaru right. Even if he is in a difficult situation you always have a choice and he clearly does not choose her so he doesn´t really love her. Hell even Hojo is a more deserving male than Sesshoumaru, he at least never gave up on Kagome and his affections are genuine.

I´m glad that Kagome stays so strong even if it´s not easy. She will be stronger than ever and not only in the physical part. I´ve always hated how weak minded she´s portrayed in so many fics. Her strong will was always one of her best characteristics and even if she´s proud, she´s not wrong in this. No self-respecting female would settle for being second for anyone and love isn´t always enough. I think she´s learned that lesson thanks to Inuyasha very well. But now she´s not fifteen anymore.

This is a very interesting narrative story with a beautiful plot.  I just hope that someday you rewrite the story with more detail and dialogue.  Being told this way skips a lot.  Each chapter leaves me 'hungry' for more.  You're a very talented writer and I love your stories so I know you can do it.

Poor Kagome! She's definitely worthy! Kudos to her for not accepting any of the gifts and things Sesshoumaru is trying to use to buy her forgiveness! Great chapter! :)

This would also go well for pride. They are both too proud for their own good, though Kagome's pride is pretty well understood. This is a really good series and I enjoyed reading it. I look forward to the next 3 chapters. However, you probably know that I am anal retentive and I noticed a couple of things:

Once happy voices, smiles, and laughter were curt, to the point, and blunt in a way that left him aching. (This is actually a series and the commas clarify the meaning.)

she knew better than any that he could kill her, (You use then instead of than in a lot of places. The way I keep them straight is then is = to time and than is = to choice or comparision.)

It's fitting that the next prompt is pride since Sesshoumaru is going to have to swallow his pride in order to apologize properly to Kagome.  This story is great.  I can't wait to find out what happens.

This section, and the previous, can only be summed up in one word - lovely. I really do love how you are pulling your story together, and am looking forward to the next installment. I love the backstory on how Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru's relationship turned from somewhat cold to openly hostile. I don't believe that every chapter must be strickly SessKag to be good. Great job!

Oh, this is so sad...poor Inuyasha. Sometimes it's like he's living the song: You Don't Know What You've Got 'Til It's Gone! And envy is such a waste of energy.
