deAvaric (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

And so it ends. I'm so glad it was a happy ending, you had me wondering if it would be.

It was so beautiful and carefully crafted that I'm in awe of your talent. Thank you for creating such a wonderful story.

Patricia (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

im glad they had a happy ending :)

theunknownchild (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

Wow. The style of this story is so unique and engaging! The perspective you took and the distance you took Sesshoumaru's feelings to...just wow.

Great job with the ending. It really closed the story with a fuzzy, happy, yet realistic feeling.

Inumaru_Rapture (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

Ah! Brilliant ending! thank you thank you thank you!! for having them end up together!  I was so worried that they would meet again and be distant... but awe! wonderful! stupendous! THank you!  (and enjoy Japan, when you go!)

Aurora Antheia Raine (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

When I read that Sesshoumaru was in Singapore, I immediately thought of how awesome it would be if Fate had Kagome be in Singapore too and they happened to stumble upon each other. To my delightful surprise, that's exactly what happened! The ending made me "awwww" uncontrollably as it was a perfect ending. It could not have been written any better. It was great and wonderful and just... AMAZING. Also, I was pretty excited to see you had mentioned Taiwan in there. lol. I'm Taiwanese and it's not everyday that people will include Taiwan in their stories. =] So I bestow upon you bonus points for that! <3 I'm a little sad this story is over, but the read was well worth it while it lasted. Plus, to be able to read an ending like that... quite possibly one in a million. =] You are truly one amazing gal, MissTeak!

Madison (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

My, my. I know you said there was only one chapter left, but nonetheless, I guess I couldn't bring myself to believe it, lol. I guess I just loved the story too darn much for that. Nonetheless, it was very well done, and it made me quite teary. But don't worry I mean that in a very good way. It's because I love it so darn much.

I must say, the beginning brought a smile to my face. It was quite sweet and tender to have Sesshomaru and his family share such a nice moment, because it seems so out of character for him, well from the original Sesshomaru. From your story it was quite good, lol. It was nice to have them reunited like that.

Inuyasha, and Kikyo seemed to be doing better, and although Inuyasha can be a jerk sometimes, I'm glad they are a real family with their little girl. She seems to be quite the little bundle of joy, lol. It's funny how she talks, and she is just too gosh darn adorable for her own good, lol. And Sesshy would like warms up to her, it's sweet.

The whole skype and webcam thing, that was a nice touch.

And then Sesshomaru's mom worrying over him because he is overseas. Honestly, at first I thought that he was with Kagome, I was shocked to find out he hadn't seen her. But I'm glad she traveled, and yet she never forgot about him. Always sending a postcard. It wasnt much, but it was something. And then, the perfect meeting.

I was waiting for it, but it still came as unexpected. They found each other no matter what. And this time around, Kagome was ready to be with him, it was beautiful.

This story honey, brought me through a roller-coaster of emotions, and, it was beautifully written. Tearjerker at time, smile in others. It was great, and beautiful. I wouldn't change anything about it. You did a fantastic job.

Everything is right. :3

Vicky (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I love it!!!!! I think the ending is just perfect (although I'd have loved to see more Sessh/Kag as a couple and finally being happy with one another).  Would you, by any chance, give us an outtake/epilogue a few years into their future?  Just a suggestion ;)

I think it's perfect that they coincidentally found each other (instead of seeking each other)...just shows how much they are fated to be together.  I'm sure the time apart has allowed them to grow and evaluate their feelings for one another.  I'm sooooo happy that they finally got their happy ending despite everything that has happened.  I'm also happy to know that Inuyasha/Kikyo are finally happy together and that they were able to move on...I don't know if I could've done what Kikyo did.  Thank you for gifting us with such a beautiful story.  I can't wait to read you other stories...Thank YOU!!!!!

Kanna37 (Chapter 1) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I have to say this was a definite tear jerker - it actually made my chest hurt.  And my eyes, from tears.  Awesome job!

Amber

Angelicatt (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I can't believe it's actually over and love did finally find him. In the end, they all moved forward and there was peace and happiness. It will be hard to not read more of their trials and tribulations but I am glad that they are happy. You did an amazing thing with this story....it was so beautiful that it will remain a fav forever. Lots of love

Saide (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I took your advice and read the whole thing. I felt connected to it because I can relate, feeling pain, fear, anguish, anger..it's all in it. Damn. I can't help but cry ;____;

A definitely good read. <3

RayRay (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

As sad as it is to see the story end, I must say I absolutely loved how things turned out. I was so happy that they were reunited and ended up together. It seems so right, I don't think you could have done any better, it just fit perfectly. Her leaving had made me sad, I felt bad for poor Sesshomaru. I must admit the beginning to this last chapter had me confused at first until I read more into it. Somehow I knew he'd run into her at some point while there, I wasn't sure when is all :) I love how the characters grew so much throughout this and learned in the end! Soooo much love to you, this was definitely a wonderful story! :)

wisteria flamer sez.... (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I just wanted to say that while perhaps I gave Wisteria a harsh review based on huge blunders on part of the geisha culture, I did VERY much enjoy this particuular fiction of yours. Excellent and well done, Miss!

Momo (Chapter 20) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

I cannot believe that the story is over!!!! This story and "Wisteria" are my favorite. I feel like you took this to another level in originality. Despite Sesshoumaru being OOC, it felt like it was him in that context and time frame. Congratulations, you are truly an amazing author.

FourShotChild (Chapter 19) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

That was a lovely story. I'll admit that I became teary at parts. I sat down for hours reading each chapter. I hope you continue this delight with a sequal or further chapters. I'd like to see Sesshomaru and Kagome's relationship became something. I can't help but feel that Sesshomaru deserves her love.

This story was completely different from what I'm used too. I like how this triangle actually expands into real circumstances. I only hope there's a more happy ending. Thank you so much for this story! Good luck on any future writings! I'll definately keep your name in check when I browse.

Aoi-Kaji (Chapter 19) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

YES! I R TAILING THIS FIC, TOO!! @,@ Don't judge meh!!!!!!!! lawl c;

Anywho! OH EM GEE! ::wipes tear drop and swallows HUGE knot in my throat:: SO SAD! I was so hopeful when she called him. I'd thought that the message behind, "World, here I come. Don't run away, because I'm coming to you." meant that she was coming for Sesshoumaru and going to finally let him in her life and yadah, yadah. Ya know?  Then all my hopes for that theory went *KASPLOOSH!* Because of the fact that she was actually being literate about her choice of words! I kinda laughed at myself.. for jumping into conclusions but hey! A girl can dream, can't she? d=

SO NOW! I r sad! She's leaving! It's as though she wanted him to come after her OR for him to go WITH her. Gosh.. I wish I knew @,@ but that's how it felt for me. I put myself in her position and I can see how this is how it turned out but still.. jeez ¬¬ it's still so unexpected @,@ lol. You just surprise/amaze me everytime, Teak-chan c;

PLOX UPDATE MORE THAN EVERY 3 MONTHS, KTHX! =D

Vicky (Chapter 19) - Thu 22 Apr 2010

MissTeak...thank you sooooo much for updating this story.  I'm happy yet also sad at the same time that this story is ending soon.  I'm glad Kagome was able to face Kikyo and admit what she did wrong.  I think it's good and appropriate that she's leaving Japan for a little while to discover herself and finally be free.  It'd have been unrealistic if they get together right away.  This also gives both her and Sesshoumaru a chance to start all over again in the future.   The time apart will allow them to grow and may be understand their love for each other a little bit more.  I hope you'll update soon.  I can't wait to read the next chapter.

Madison (Chapter 19) - Wed 21 Apr 2010

Honey, my heart skipped a beat when I saw you updated. I felt all giddy inside, lol!

First of all, I was not expecting what happened in this chapter. When Sesshy's momma came, and said that Kagome went to see Kikyo, my heart just stopped. I was expecting the worst, perhaps even a fight, or you know... Kikyo just launching herself at Kagome, who would be a mess, and crying. Yet none of that happened, and yet again, you surprised me. But don't worry, that's a good thing.

I usually don't feel much pity for Kikyo. I mean I don't hate, but I don't like her. We have this neutral relationship lol. However, in your story, I felt pity for her. I mean, clearly she is the victim in this story. She might not always be all happy go lucky, but come on, she's pregnant, and she got cheated on. (even though I love Kagome to death). I think she deserved to her what Kagome told her, and I'm proud of her for listening, and following her heart. Kikyo deserves to be happy, although Inuyasha doesn't, but that's okay, lol.

Kagome was strong, and she faced what she did well. I think she needed that closure to move on with her life, which she is apparently doing. At first, I was panicked, and I hated her for leaving, leaving Sesshomaru. I mean the poor boy waited around for her forever, and once she's finally back to normal, she's leaving? What's up with that? But then I thought about it carefully, and it's the best way to go. Kagome needs to live a little, to move on, forget, and experience things. After that, she'll be a better version of herself, a free version. She needs to do what she wants, and carefully discover herself.

Then, it'll be better for them to be together.

I felt my heart break for Sesshomauru, but I understood his relief. The woman he loves, is no longer broken. Even though they will be seperated, I think he understood, even if it hurts, that it's better this way. He loves her enough to be relieved that she's well.

Great chapter, I'm sad that the last one is coming though, lol.

My migraine is killing me, but I couldn't help myself. Now I'm on to give you my notes about Wisteria... lol :3

Aurora Antheia Raine (Chapter 19) - Wed 21 Apr 2010

MissTeak, I can't figure out just how I feel about this chapter. It's very well written as it always is... but I felt like I could really relate to Kagome. Everything she might have been feeling; from confronting Kikyo, to her blog entry, and lastly her goodbye to Sesshoumaru; everything was so clear. Every emotion was so precise and RIGHT there that I could feel it. I also feel that it would have been a good idea for Kagome to take that small trip around the world to find herself and let go of all her burdens, so you definitely took the chapter in the right direction. Since the next chapter is the last, I hope it shows Kagome coming back, free and happy, and ready to pursue a relationship with Sesshoumaru. Or at least be moving in that general direction. I hope to see a different, but happy Kagome. =] Excellent job!

Yukii (Chapter 19) - Wed 21 Apr 2010

The sad thing is I have just gotten around to reading your story and it is one chapter from the end! Well I do have to say I really enjoy your story. Love isn't all the sweet things and this definately has the bittersweet taste that love does have. Also you made good use of the character's basics for their personality and actually make it make sense, which some people do not do. Overall I really have enjoyed your story and while I am happy for you it is almost finished, I wish I had gotten to it earlier. I suppose now I'll have to read your other stories and see if they are as good as this one.

weewooweewoo (Chapter 19) - Wed 21 Apr 2010
