Reviews for Separate! by Ko Torii

MoxyMikki (Chapter 1) - Sun 26 Sep 2010

You really jumped right into the middle of things, from the start. While sometimes this is a good way of getting your readers hooked off the bat, in this case it left me a little more confused. If you spent a little more time explaining why we are in a court scene, earlier on, you can help avoid this. I do enjoy court movies and shows and so I think a GOOD court story would be wonderful. Just keep it up! Also, watch your grammar as there were several run on sentences and a few missed commas.

Ikaru (Chapter 1) - Fri 07 May 2010

This was very interesting, im a little confused as to what the court scene in the beginning had to do with the story, but I suppose, with time, it will be explained. I do hope you have not given up on this project, as I would very much like to see where you go with it. This was very well written, keep up the good work!

Ink (Chapter 1) - Sun 25 Apr 2010

I like your story, but I'm a little confused by the beginning. It starts in court, then its school. Was the court suppose to be American or Japanese because if its American, the defendent has the right to face his accuser. I like the school scenes. I hope you will has another chapter up! I'm interested to see were you're going with this story!

Hairann (Chapter 1) - Sat 24 Apr 2010

Interesting beginning and if you are taking this where I think you are, if you ever get back around to it that it, is could be a rather neat story.  Though I gotta say it felt like your writing style changed from the first scene to the others.  The first one was written really well, if not a bit incorrect as a defendent has the right to face their accuser and while this maybe Japanese court and it could be different, it really seemed to be American court to me.  Plus just a confession from someone who is not the defendent, would never be enough to get them to court.

But anyways, the next few scenes seemed less safisticated I guess you could say.  I would really like to see you continue this one none the less :).
