MissTeak (Chapter 17) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

YAYYY!! :)) He's back! Now Kagome is really happy, and I am very very happy too <3 You write romantic scenes sooooo beautifully, my friend. I love the way he holds her - it sounds as if nothing on earth can ever come between them. Now I am feeling a little sad because I am coming to the end of the 18 chapters :(

MissTeak (Chapter 16) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Dear Sesshoumaru, it is clear, isn't it? You're in love. And you miss her too, just that you're not saying it.

Once again, well done Rika! I enjoyed this too! Absence does make the heart grow fonder.

MissTeak (Chapter 15) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Yet another one of my favorites in this series - the Effervescence prompt. Honestly, I don't care if it is a typical romantic setting or if it is cheesy or whatever with the typical champagne, fireworks on the balcony and all. Conventional is romantic, so is unconventional. They all are, and I adored this chapter so much! It is simply beautiful! Kisses are beautiful too, and gosh, these two lovebirds could have kissed each other on the lips and gave me a perfect mental Kodak moment.

I adored this:) Well done, Rika!

MissTeak (Chapter 13) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Unlike the angsty chapter 11 and the fluffy chapter 12, you present the readers with a fluffy chapter 13! :) Souta's reaction at the end is priceless - LOL! Somehow this scene reminds me of Superman, but of course, in a good way. At least, Sesshoumaru doesn't wear his underwear on the outside like the abovementioned Superhero does. LOL.

MissTeak (Chapter 12) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Awwwww V-day sweeeeetness! How beautiful! My heart did the fluttery thing when he opened the envelope, and now I am left wondering if he did return the gesture? Which girl wouldn't kill for a gift from Sesshoumaru?

MissTeak (Chapter 11) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

This chapter, can easily be summarized by the word 'bittersweet'. SAD FACE x 100000, though the end was just beautiful as always. Sesshoumaru is really a rock. He anchors her.

MissTeak (Chapter 10) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Despite it being under the influence of alcohol, I need to squeal and do a fangirl-ing stunt. OMG OMG OMG FIRST KISS!!:)) Not a direct one, but STILL. That was good enough, and it is really sweet. It was so chaste, like how she was just thanking him for being there, but nonetheless the budding affections are showing. Wonderful, really. I love this. It makes me want to drink sake too, and I might just go to my refrigerator for some but it is merely 1.40pm at where I am. So...maybe not. :)

MissTeak (Chapter 9) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Hahaha this was adorable too! Dog House, literally, with a huge one and three other not-so-huge ones. I enjoyed this one tremendously too, and yes, I share the love for our furry friends too! :) Dogs are love. <3

MissTeak (Chapter 8) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

The prompt "Rain" is one of my favorites in this entire connected-Drabbles collection. Lovely, nothing beats being cozy in a phone booth in the pouring rain, though our characters were not close enough to get cozy yet. But of course, to sprint together in the rain is too sweet (it got the romantic in me squealing away) And as if that was not adorable enough, Rika, you had to give my poor heart another workout when they managed to get to the cafe. The part where she helped him clean his glasses was really adorable, and when he secretly hid them in his pocket after she pointed out she preferred him without them was even more adorable!! Can anyone get so excited (like I am) over a chapter of fanfiction? I doubt so, so...amazing job!!! Loads of hearts for you: <3 <3 <3

MissTeak (Chapter 6) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Piggyback. OMG. OMG. I think my heart beat kinda accelerated there - it's just tooooo cute! Having Sesshoumaru piggyback someone, even when she is just a little girl, makes my heart melt into goo. Kagome's so cute; to get lost while trying to help someone who's lost sounds just like her! Kind-hearted yet clumsy/careless....that's her! Excellent portrayal of characters there. I enjoy the ending to the chapter too, when he pointed out to her how it was her innate lack of a sense of direction that got her lost.

MissTeak (Chapter 5) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Awww you make coffee sound divine, honestly! Fujioka-san sounds like such an amazing person too. The idea of Sesshoumaru eating pancakes is soooo adorable, and I was wondering if we might see a Kagome-makes-pancakes-for-Sesshoumaru scene in future chapters? That would be really sweet! *fluffiness*

MissTeak (Chapter 4) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

What a beautiful scene you've painted with your powerful words! Kagome sitting by the window sill with tears on her cheeks, thinking of Inuyasha...gosh, sometimes simplicity can be so devastating. Of course, given that I read this last night, I already know what happened, but anyone else would be wondering why Kagome is so conflicted on the inside. Good emotional play there!

MissTeak (Chapter 3) - Sun 18 Apr 2010

Hey Rika, I discovered this story last night at 2am in the morning, and started reading it on my iPhone (which doesn't allow me to review, which is !!! for all the amazing functions it boasts) and I fell asleep only at 4.30am, after I stopped reading at chapter 12. Then I woke up at 9.30am and gosh, I couldn't stop reading and I finished all 18 chapters.

Okay, before you start wondering why I went on and on about my night (or morning, for that matter), I would like to tell you that just proves how much I adore your story. It's amazing, Rika, just amazing. I thought you were a brilliant artist, and now, you are both a brilliant artist and an equally brilliant writer. Kudos on being so multi-talented! For all the effort you put into this lovely story, you deserve nothing but loads of amazing reviews! I would be a shameless ingrate to read the painstakingly written work, enjoy it and not leave a review. So what I will do is review the chapters (perhaps not all, but most of them) with what I feel.

On a sidenote, thank you so much for your review of "The Peony Lantern 2010". I am glad you liked it; it was my first time writing a Sess/Kag ghost story, and gosh, I scared myself while writing it. Thanks once again, it was really very encouraging.

As for chapter three, gosh, Kagome attempted suicide?? That sure is a tragic thing to happen, and thank goodness, she's okay. But of course, I can practically see sunshine walk into her life, in the form of Sesshoumaru, that is.

autumngold (Chapter 17) - Wed 21 Oct 2009

This is such a beautiful story!  I love how Sesshoumaru and Kagome slowly become closer.  I also like that Sesshoumaru is starting to care as much about Kagome as she does him.  Heck, Kagome even gave up coffee while he was gone.  I hope you are able to update soon!  I can't wait for more!

DocBevCulver (Chapter 17) - Sun 20 Sep 2009
Very, very nice. I enjoyed reading each and every one and can't wait to see more. Bravo!

nobo (Chapter 16) - Thu 20 Aug 2009

It did work! Rather short, but still was good. Poor  Sesshoumaru no Kagome or Coffee! poor guy!

REDWOLF (Chapter 15) - Mon 15 Jun 2009

This is a very well written day-to-day fic, and, that is not something you fine everyday!

Nobo (Chapter 15) - Mon 15 Jun 2009

OMG THE CHEAK? Fine....it was so wel lwriten that i can forgive it. So sweet. I can honestly say its so rare to seem something so gradual beleivable and yet satisfying. As you know i love it!

nobo (Chapter 14) - Mon 08 Jun 2009
