No fair, he already knew about her pregnancy! So we missed out on all the major fireworks i was expecting with that revelation! But then in saying that, i do like the way you brought it out into the open here, its still believable!

Wow, excellent chapter. I had figured he would at some point "know" of her pregnancy when his head started to clear. He is bonded to her like no other bond. Even Bankotsu will never be as "one" with her. You are doing such an excellent job of coordinating all the events from his past and present along with the illness he himself unknowingly caused. It's all just sooo believable. You've done marvelous job. This fic (as well as all your fics) are amongst my very favorites. JEN

I am just wondering what will Sesshoumaru do when he has to face the pregnant Kagome or her child by another man? Interesting indeed.

Yay! Sesshoumaru seems to be doing a lot better right now. No randomly beating his mate, yelling, you know, the stuff normal people DON'T want to go through XD I still love the story and enjoy reading every sentence! ^^

I just thought of something, when Sess recovers from his illness and since he is still technically mated to Kags, does the mating bond stay with them forever or will he break the connection between them? Will they go their separate ways? Although Bank is cute, respectful and totally in love with Kags; I just never can picture them together as a married couple. Just my thoughts *smiles*

Like I said early on before, I thought I was not going to like this story because it did not have my favourite couple together but I must say you did an outstanding written piece of work on this story. I thoroughly enjoyed it very much. I'm glad that I stuck with the story and decided to read it after all. This should get an award for best angst and drama. You have my vote. *hugs and smiles*

I just knew that you couldn't give him something easy that his own defences would have fought off and wow, what a horrible illness to have to go through, especially when you don't know that you are actually ill. I honestly do hope that Sesshomaru will learn to accept InuYasha now that he knows how he stood by his side and handled everything he could for him....You know, I had a thought, has anyone else? What if InuYasha was his son and not his father's? Now that would be a real kick. Anyway, I am so very impressed with the outcome of Sesshoumaru's problem. You deserve an award for this fic. I can't wait to see what comes next, I never can. I am waiting to see if Sess is going to find out that she is pregnant. Will he think it is his or will he remember not being with her? Oroyukae, Hello. Very interesting story you've got here. Very unique. I love the way you opened it up at the clinic. I really like stories that begin in the middle but flash back to the past to catch the reader up to speed. One of the most interesting points of the story is the correlation between Kagome and Izayoi. I love the relationship you've built up there. Wonderful backgroud and foundation for drama. I wonder if you are using Kagome and her resemblance to Izayoi in Sesshoumaru's mind as a catalyst for him to face his relationship with Inuyasha. Based on the conversation Sessoumaru had with his doctor in this last chapter I would asssume so. To me it seems as if Kagome herself is what set off Sesshoumaru's change. You describe him as being cold and crueler in the beginning before he met Kagome. So to me it seems as if seeing her (as she reminds him so much of his princess whether subconsciously at the time or not) set about a change in him. He became warmer and kinder in response to her. Then once he had her his inborn frears of abandonment began to grow and he feared her hurting him emotionally as Izayoi did so he cheated on her. All he needed was a trigger to set off his mental problems completely and Inuyasha (who once could have been his son) provided that trigger. Very complex situation you've got here, and I can't wait to see how it plays out. Then you have the introduction of Ban. That surprised me greatly. The entire situation with him and his place in Kagome's life, especially coming in when she was so in need of love and support, really stumps me. I just don't see how Kagome will end back up with Sesshoumaru unless something drastic happens. Kagome really seems to have moved on completely despite lingering feelings that she should help Sesshoumaru. I'm anxious to see how you have them getting back together. Next, I appreciate your excellent grammar, dialogue and description. Well done. I enjoy when a person flushes a story out. I'm not very fond of cut and dry tales that leave me lacking on background information. So I appreciate that. Anyways, you probably think I'm long winded now so I'll wrap this up. I can say that I love love love this story. It is sooooooooo different form others that I have read. I would see this on the list and pass it up but i'm glad I didnt. I seriously stayed upp till 6 am reading this fic. and i think i started at like 130 am. This is amazing.

It is not all about drama, it is also about understanding the reasons why individuals do the things they do. The gradual revealing of what drove Sess to mistreat and abandon Kagome is just so interesting...

Now we're getting to the important information. I thought the love scene was so cute. I mean, how many times have any of us gotten so... invovled and forgotten to lock the door? JEN
