This is a terrific story. I'm starting to get the impression though that Sesshoumaru is participating in these matches to appease his advisors, but is truly using the situations to better assess Kagome. Call me crazy, but it's just a hunch, especially if the last part of the chapter was anything to go on. I can't wait for your next update!

Loved these two chapters! Maybe I missed it but how specifically was Kagome blinded? Was it the tea?? Anyways, looking forward to your future updates! 

Thank you for the double updates! It was nice to see the wolf packs and how they're doing. It was cute the way sesshoumaru subtly pouted when Kagome didn't return from her bath, lol. The scene with the old lady and two girls was something. I thought for a second Kagome was hallucinating with the tea she drank. It was also interesting to see how Kagome interacts with Shippo and Rin. I love the pace this story is going. The slow build up is great! 

Update us when you can! Can't wait~

Just a correction here.. did you already see Inuyasha's third movie? From that, we had an information that Inuyasha was around 200 years old.. In fact, the episode when we saw Sesshoumaru for the first time, the outfit of Izayoi (Inuyasha's mother) is an outfit from Japan's Heian Era, around 13 century. And when Inuyasha was born, Sesshoumaru have been in his teenage year.. His looks was rather similiar as he is now, just shorter hair, different outfit.. well maybe younger by 3 or 4 years in human age..

Well.. that will be a different story if you planned to made your own timeline, of course! Overall I like your story, good luck to continue it!
