I am so honored you enjoyed it despite the fluctuations in the themes of the story, from flowery poetry to dark torture and desperation and also the mishandling of Kagome's personality at times. Torture and angst are definitely not easy themes to write, since they are so different from the usual themes of love and perhaps, fluff in fanfiction. I must admit that I've been lucky enough to have never experienced any of things that Kagome had gone through, and placing myself in the shoes of someone about to experience something so horrifying was quite a terrible experience.
