It takes me EONS to update my fics...I'm talking most chapters were first recorded on clay tablets in Phoenician Cuneform. It just so happens some baffled archeologist found my first drafts at a recent dig and encouraged me to post 'em here. Shoulda put 'em in a museum...right, Indy?

And I'm more than a little late in advertising this, but WOO-HOO!!!! HUZZAH!!! And all that...

So I just got back from watching the Japanese film "Departures" at my local arthouse theatre (7/22/09 12:20 EST) and Damn. Just... everyone in the universe needs to see that movie. It won the Best Foreign Language Oscar for a Reason. And be sure to bring a truckload of tissues. It wrings the heart dry. My mind is still so full of this film, I'm in another life. For real, just, watch it.

Whoever wrote that is win! xD Hadn't seen the pictures though, and I have to say the tweed jacket made me snort into my tea - bet the poor guy feels like he's skipped a few generations! I know I would. ^.~
