Hello DOKUGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im Zyren Mercury. Im 23 and a senior in college. Some of you may have noticed its been sometime since any of my fanfics have been updated and im working on rectifying that so please bear with me.

When i first stumbled upon the Sesshomaru Kagome pairing i was already a fan of the anime and the pairing seemed rather odd but it wasnt long before i fell in love with it and began my own fiction. I sincerely hope that those of you who read my fics enjoy them as much as i enjoy writing them. And please review, there truly is no feeling greater than seeing the reviews of those who have taken then time out of your busy lives to read my work and tell me what you think of them.

I'm silly and random, and if i stay up too late its likely to get worse, hence the silliness in chat at 1am lol. love you guys!

I have three fics total.

In The Shadows of Hate - this is the one im working on the most diligently now, its my baby and i love it. Its here on Dokuga as well as FF.net.

Youkai Recovery- was the first fic i ever wrote, and i effectively wrote myself into a corner and havent worked on it for 2 freaking years! BUT- lately its been stirring in my brain, so i think it might be ready for a comeback soon. It can be found on FF.net.

Midnight Snack - the second fic i ever started. It actually began as a oneshot lemon, and the first chapter can be read as such but it did end up evolving into a story of its on. Kinda wrote myself into a corner on this one too. i mean i know exactly how its going to end, its just getting it there that seems to be a problem. It can be found on ASS.

Hello, dear reader!
Thank you for your review on "The Hime Tradition". Your question as to why it is so dangerous for Kagome to replace Kura with Chika as the 'Tsu' leader is pretty much shown in the next two chapters. Also, in this chapter that you reviewed...Inuyasha explains that many powerful demons are closely tied to Kura. If Kagome replaced Kura, imagine all the powerful demons that favor Kura become upset. It is not Kagome's right to replace Kura, but she had the chance to do so because it was Kura's punishment that she asked for. Well, I hope that answers some questions. Hopefully things become more clearer in the next chapter! Thanks for the review!

I'm currently not reading and reviewing right now, because college has just started and I didn't want to leave a half-hearted review because I will definitely be rushing through it. But! Don't worry! Thank you so much for reviewing Stealing Heaven, I'm really glad you're enjoying the story. Um, about Lyka being scared of Nah Rah Ku, it wasn't intended to come across that way, but more like she was scared to respond to his presence because of how tight a leash Kagome is keeping on her. It will probably be elaborated on further on in the story as Kagome interacts with Lyka, which will of course bring more about Lyka and her true feelings and motivations and such to light. And as for Miroku.... eh, he's being a lech, plain and simple but I think he's going to quickly and clearly be redeemed and prove himself to be the lech with a heart of gold that we all know and love XD.

why thank you =D i'm a huge fan of regency novels myself i think i've completely ran through the whole romance section at my library for them XD well keep checking back! i should have a new chapter for you guys around saturday

Dear Zryen,

In answer to your review on Crash Course, I have to say that maybe you should read that proposal part again. The answer to why it seemed so fast, is because I write as if my characters are real people. I write how their personalities would react to different situations. Now, knowing that, think again. Kagome went through mental abuse from her mother all her life. Can you understand how she wouldn't want to show up with a new "pretty boy" boyfriend? So of course, because Sesshomaru wanted to propose eventually anyway, he decided to help her out, and become her fiancee for this reason. You have to understand where people come from and what they've been through. I hope this helps, thanks for the review!
