YES! i LOVED that episode. i dont know if you tv trope but that was a CMOH (crowning moment of heartwarming) ooohhhh. the episode where kagome gets kidnapped and inuyasha turns a human? i'm terrible. when they were still releasing the final act, i kept bugging my friend to keep track of the progress. i went by kagura's death...sesshoumaru's mom..kikyou's death....kaoi...and so forth. i actually liked kagura. i think they should have portrayed kikyou more like kagura. i havent read the manga from beginning to end but i've been told that kikyou is more fan friendly in the manga. haha. don't worry about it. just curiousity =P

very true. i think it's better to be honest. you don't help the person if you just give them encouragement. give them honesty but don't brutal about it. mix the good with the bad XD ooooh. i didn't even know there was a reviewer's guild. that's a really good idea. you don't have to be a good writer to give a good review. =) if you have the patience, you should totally go for it!

ahhhh....you could just go to a park with your dogs. we're planning to take our dog swimming when it gets warmer. the beach over here in vancouver is not great either. even on the warmest day, the water is still cold and it's hard to appreciate our brown sand over here when they got beautiful white sandy beaches down in south america XD then it sounds like you need to go shopping =D

aawww your doggies have each other =) my mom wanted a small one but me, my dad and my sis outvoted her with a lab. the head coach at my training center has a lab and a bischon-frisie mix. she's so much work that i really doubt we're going to get the second one. oh good. 30lbs is a good size. HAHAHA. the giant pair of the pack =D surprisingly enough, my neighbourhood has a lot of labs and good retrievers. I KNOW. just word dogpancake is so traumatizing.

no it is =P i like to keep an open mind romance adds a humanity into the story and makes it more personally. even sci-fi has romance/relationships =) that is true. constructed worlds are great. new rules and setting. everything is up to the author. in a way, authors play God XD i'm totally hooked. i have sent up notification emails so i check my junk mail regularly. i went to beijing for a week and when i came back i had over 300 notifications. XD

oh of course! there is just something wonderful about japanese =D even the way they say english words is awesome =D i still remember sailor moon saying "dark lady" ending up being something like "daarrrk Lei-De) so much just happens in the series. i've watched many times but i wouldnt be able to recall every single character and episode by just looking at it. what are some of your favourite episodes? i've always liked kagome/kouga's first kidnapping, ones where kagome actually does something and of course all the sesshoumaru episodes =D it's easier to read canon. everything is already set and you don't have to get used to anything. it feels familiar =)

XD i know! i had a review ask me to read her story and tell me what i thought. i gave her a multi paragraph review and i didn't hear back from her for over a week and i was worried that i overdid it XD EVEN THOUGH I WAS NICE!! hahaha. the fact that they had david kaye for sesshoumaru for the english version made it tolerable...but once kagome opens her mouth..i cringe XD the voice actors are pretty good. you can't REALLY tell that it's time if they do a good job. sesshoumaru is always hot but i thought it was a shame that everyone got upped on the scale except for him. i don't know! you go check it out and see what you think

oh really? have you registered for your courses yet? i have to register for mine sometime mid july at some unholy hour in the morning. you sound so busy. i'm supposed to walk my dog but my parents are being nice and doing it for me when i'm dead from training. i've always wanted to go running with my dog but she's too much a princess. i have a 11 month chocolate lab who probably thinks she's human. it has gotten better. during my first semester, there was this ONE classroom that always cut off my connection. i would be signed out of msn about 8 times during an hour and half of class. my nerdy friend at waterloo tells me that their wifi is absolutely ridiculous and he can d/l stuff within minutes -.-"

it's good that way. it's easier for everyone to see thing their own way. everyone sees a phrase or a certain action differently. it's the same with physical attraction. some people may be very attracted to eyes or be very sensitive to high cheekbones...that kind of thing. forums are wayyy too fast paced for me. it stays fun as long everyone plays nice.

i will need it. it will actually be in the feudal era with lots of jumping back and forth in time. i'm getting a slight headache just thinking about it now XD i'll let it age a bit on the shelf =P

Thank you for the lovely reviews of Happily Ever After! I am pretty in love with that story now, and your encouraging reviews make it such a joy to write. The development of the plot is rather slow at the moment, but it will definitely move along faster in the impending chapters. It will get heavier on the emotions, and Kagome and Sesshoumaru's relationship won't exactly be a bed of roses.

My mother tongue is Mandarin, so I don't know what makes English, but I've been using it for as long as I've been in existence. LOL. I am very sure you can pick the languages up with no difficulty! Actually, I think what matters the most is the interest you hold for it. You see, I am really keen on the Japanese language, which is why I've managed to learn it for ten years. On the other hand, I tried learning French for two years and I couldn't really sustain the interest because it was just too tough when it came to the grammar. So if you're not too keen, it will be difficult to continue learning at some point. But if you're determined to learn, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to learn it well! Good luck and work hard!

And wow, Korean!!! I've always wanted to learn it, and in fact, I learned the Korean alphabet by myself over the last school vacation. It was not too difficult, and I want to learn Korean so I can understand the Korean pop songs which I simply adore as well. (Think SNSD, Kara, DBSK, SHINee, Super Junior, etc)

I am glad you didn't find my rambling annoying!! The food served at the ryokan was pretty exotic, wasn't it? I mean, ginger flowers, grasshoppers...those are ingredients that we don't usually find in our daily meals. Japan is such an amazing place, and I dare say I haven't had a bad meal in Japan. Sashimi is wonderful; I love sushi bars and conveyor belt sushi! My favorites are...okay, long list, but I love salmon (sake), scallop (hotate), flying fish roe (tobikko), bluefin tuna belly (chuu toro), octopus (tako), sweet prawn (amaebi)...LOL! Everything's raw and I used to think it was gross but I kinda grew to love all of it!

they just have more to work with. it's like reading a story and watching a movie. movies are great for action but somethings you just have to read. YES. especially sess. he looks like a teenager in the first few chapters of the anime. i like the way they drew them in the anime more. they're not as angular. i've been told that the cast should look better in the final act. personally, i think everyone but sesshoumaru got upped on the hotness factor. for anime, i HAVE to watch jap with eng sub. the voice actor for eng dubb for kagome drove me insane. it's a great feeling =D

totally. i was spared the pain too. do you speak/write/read any other languages? i've always been in the advanced classes where they assume everyone already knows everything so the teachers were more concerned about context, flow etc. i'm actually really picky. if i get hit with more than 3 typos within 5 chapters, i would usually dump the fic. so if you see any typos in any of my writing, please do give me a shout!

i AGREE. i tried watching final act week by week but then i couldn't do it so i just waited until they aired all of them. just take your time. there's 166+26 episodes for you to watch =) and..you ACTUALLY have an ending =D back when only the 166 were out, i continued on with the original manga but there is nothing like anime. you get lost in the battle sequences when everything is all over the place. it's so much easier to flow when there's colour, action and intense battle music XD

very true. english is very complicated. the appearance of the words are presented may not match up with the context. i've never formally gone through grammar and the ten thousand rules with exceptions so my grammar is shot to hell. i TRY to cut down on typos but yet again...even betas are human =) how badly do typos bother you?

i told you. it's ridiculously long =D the full acronym would be..TFOTSUAES XD i had to think about that one XD i agree. titles are SO important. i don't know if you have noticed but TFOTS is a story that takes place mostly in the day/ "sun" so more cheery and lighthearted. AM on the other hand has a darker plotline where most of the nefarious acts happen under the shadow of the moon. =)
