I love how you pointed out the details you liked about the story. And they were points that I hoped my readers would notice. I really wanted to work on the relationship between Sesshomaru and Kagome, but still have a heavy atmosphere where readers are still aware that all is not calm and peaceful. I'm glad you enjoy the story so far. I almost feared you wouldn't like it because Neikan hasn't made a grand appearance yet. The next two chapters...i'm sure....will make you fall in love with the "Masked Truth" even more. Hehehehehe.

And yes, I have been reading a lot of author's describe Sesshomaru as very cold in the beginning with Kagome.
