kagome said yes because she was taken by surprise. she hasnt known inuyasha for very long time but after getting her pride wounded by his older brother, she felt very vulnerable. kagome needed to feel like she was still desirable and she and inuyasha shared a connection through being shunned by society. kagome liked him enough to say yes.
