"You would kick a male in –" Sesshōmaru made to ask with a slightly alarmed tone, but her dry expression spoke louder than words.
"This scent marking – is it permanent? What does it mean for yōkai?" she changed the subject swiftly, trying to suppress her amusement at the silent horror etched all over his elegant features.
"It is temporary; it only serves to warn other males that a female is being courted," the inuyōkai explained curtly.
