Legen of Zelda...*FAIL*

Disclaimer: I do not own InuYasha or Legend of Zelda. I am merely borrowing them for the sole purpose of amusing myself and others. Property is that of Rumiko Takahashi and Nintendo, respectively.

A/N: Please, enjoy this little tidbit. I had System of a Down's song stuck in my head and I had to do something with it. Read and Review! The reviews make me happy!!

Legen of Zelda...*FAIL*

Link stuck his head out from behind the boulder that hid him. His foe was here, he knew it, and so was the fair princess in his grasp. Once again, despite the fact that he'd been beaten before, Ganon had taken Princess Zelda hostage. His goal? To make the beautiful maiden his bride.

Over my dead body, Link thought to himself.

The lad looked ahead at the foreboding castle. The slimy tendrils of fear tried to take hold of his mind and heart, but he forced them away. Nothing would stand between him and his princess. Link drew his sword and entered the menacing keep.

Once inside, he could hear the fair Princess Zelda calling for him. The sound of her voice bounced off the stone walls, making it near impossible to discern the direction they came from. Dismissing the thought of them being in any of the subterainian levels (because who in their right mind would take a princess underground), he practically flew up the stairs toward the tall towers.

At the landing, he skidded to a halt. Large spider-like creatures blocked his path. No doubt put their by his nemesis to keep him from his target. With a quick flick of his wrist and some fancy swordsmanship, the giant arachnids lay in a dead heap.

A long hallway spread out before him, seeming to go on forever. As fast as his feet could carry him, he searched endless rooms filled with nothing but books. Stupid wizards needing so many rooms.

Link climbed another flight of stairs as swiftly as he could. A single door now stood before him. From the sounds inside, Princes Zelda was indeed there. And giving the evil being a run for his money.

He burst through the door and was greeted by the sight of the fair Princess Zelda wrestling with the evil wizard Ganon.

"That hurt, you big stupid head!" Princess Zelda screamed at Ganon.

Ganon growled at the princess. "Well, if you wouldn't wiggle so much it wouldn't," he shouted back.

"Wiggle? I'm wiggling 'cause you were holding me too tight. I'm gonna bruise!"

"It's not my fault you're a weak human..."

The world faded around him and the image of Link, hero and savior of Princess Zelda, melted with it. In its wake, Sesshoumaru stood and watched his half-brother and best friend fight once again. Taking a deep breath, he walked up to the two of them and pulled the female off the younger male.

"What happened this time, Kagome," he asked calmly.

Kagome huffed and crossed her arms. "He pinched me and pulled my hair!" she exclaimed angrily.

"It was an accident," came the squeaky voice of the younger boy.

"No, InuYasha, it wasn't. You were playing to rough again!"

InuYasha jumped to his feet and got in the little girl's face. "You were moving around too much. How was I supposed to hold onto you with you doing that?"

"I was fighting for my life, you big doody-head!"

As the two argued, Sesshoumaru shook his head. This always seemed to happen when the two of them played games together. When am I going to learn? He thought to himself. He was suddenly brought back to the matter at hand when Kagome's hand gripped his.

"C'mon, Sesshoumaru," she ground out. "Let's go play Star Wars."

"Only if I can play Solo," he said in agreeance. "He's the coolest."

"And I can be Princess Leia!" Kagome shouted.

InuYasha began to follow the two of them. "I wanna play too!"

Sesshoumaru closed his eyes.

This will not end well.

End.
