gah i should be sleeping! but it's too tempting to pass up! another wonderful chapter and i have to say amazingly thoughtful for all that is happening! i love the smaller details like a monk waking from death and being one of the ones who would build her shrine as she knows it in her time! thats all jsut so amazing!

This story is excellent & the more I read the more I love. I've waited 3 chapters to review & I still can't find the words to tell you how incredible I feel your writing is....Your ability to write & create is amazing. You truly have a gift...Your writing is creative ,unique , inspiring & interesting allowing the reader to feel & experience the story. Your ability to create such depth in all the characters of the story along with showing their growth. The way you describe the places,planes of existence & locations in your story are amazing & just by reading I can imagine the view or at least get the visual. I love the way you toss out little particles of information here & there about certain people & places in your story that give glimpses into either who or what they were in the past or who & what they'll be in the future. That alone shows the amazing ability that you have to wrap up certain parts of the story that most writers would never consider & when a story is over & finished many times, those are the very things that leave people wondering or wanting...Many writers leave out an amazing amount of small details that leave a story feeling incomplete. I don't know if you are aware of just how complete this story feels already..I mean it's not over yet but so far its amazing & for that I thank you.

I'm not usually a fan of battle scenes; it took me Years to do more than skim through the massive army fights in Lord of the Rings. That in mind, I really enjoyed yours for some reason. Perhaps because the 'good guys' were on the ball and ready for a change or even that people that usually don't get along were really showing they could get along even if only for this. Or maybe just the writing style. ^_^ Whatever the reason, I'm really looking forward to the rest of the battle -and for more than just 'when will our new kami join their army' as I was before.

So I've just finished reading this whole thing so far, I just couldn't stop reading! *squees* I love your plot twists and turns :D can't wait to read more!! *sits on edge of seat* I can't wait to see how Kagome balances out reality.

That was a great begining for the battle. I am glad to see some kind of numbers put out on the opposing army...the last numbers you gave were something like 800 I think and that seemed like not very much considering how many youkai, half demons and humans there must be on "our side". Having substantial numbers stated makes the battle feel more epic...up until the point when you mentioned 3,000 being swallowed by Naoko's trap, I was feeling like it wouldn't be much of a battle. Good luck with the next several chapters! I'm really enjoying this story and look forward tyo reading more. :D

Like I said before, part of a good battle scene is the building up to it.  This you have done magnificently.  Most stories just launch you into a battle with little or no build-up.  The build-up IS part of the battle.  I think yours is the best I've read. 

Its still quite a wonderous build up/lead in. So much is going on and I think you are doing a fantastic job of keeping track of everything and covering everything. Everything still holds its interests and I know the battle will just be EPIC!! I can't wait for this 3 chapter long battle and im wondering when the dynamic duo will make their apperance. Probably the end and then take all the credit for it :)

Awesome battle! you said three chapters, well i look forward to all of them and just because i love llemons i hope they show up again for this story, hehe. I wish there had been some Kagome and Sesshomaru, but hopefully they'll show up in a dramatic fasion adn win a large part of the war. Can't wait to see the next chapter!
