From what I remember, Sesshoumaru is mated to Kagome in the present timeline, but her past/younger self has returned to her own time. He courts this younger Kagome in the present, bringing her gifts each month. I think each chapter was titled "Moon of ______", for example "Moon of Friendship", or something like that. He brings her baby booties in one chapter, and he reassured her of their future together.

Does anyone know of this fic?
